  • The 3-day return window begins from the date of delivery.

  • Note: Product images are taken in a professional studio with high-quality cameras. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in colour and appearance may occur. Customers can request additional images or videos for a better understanding before purchasing.

Return Process
  • Contact our customer support team within 3 days of delivery to initiate a return request.

  • Provide your order details and a clear reason for the return.

  • Our customer support representative will assist you with the return process, including authorization, packaging guidelines, and shipping instructions.

Return Charges
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the product is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs. You may choose between a full refund or a replacement.

  • Other Returns (Non-Defective Items): If you wish to return an item for reasons other than defects or damage, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. A restocking fee may also apply, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process
  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

  • The refund will be issued via the original payment method, unless otherwise specified.

Exclusions
 

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or customized products.
